Semear is a programme that focuses on training and job creation for people with intellectual and developmental difficulties (IDD), through sustainable social businesses. It raises awareness and promotes empowerment for a paradigm shift and complete inclusion of people with IDD in society, adopting an integrated and sustainable approach at a social, environmental and economic level.
With the support of the Alcoforado Clinic, we contribute on a daily basis to a society free from phenomena such as indifference and social marginalisation.
